At Mirasol we are looking forward celebrating Fearless Women Day on August 26! This is the 90th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment that gave women the right to vote. We celebrate this day in remembrance of the women who never had the right to vote, to own property, to earn equal wages, and among other things, the right to be heard!
We celebrate the women who, over the course of the last two centuries, struggled tirelessly so that we, as women, could enjoy those basic rights. They set an example of courage and resilience that, even 90 years later, still inspire women all over the world.
